We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. once we receive your package, please allow 5 – 7 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition with all packaging to paragon sports via an insured, traceable shipping service within 30 days from the receipt of your order. the following exceptions apply:
- All returns should be requested and sent back within 7 days of receipt.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all mr porter and designer garment tags still attached. underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. this policy also applies to kidswear.
Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. when you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
After you have clicked “purchase” your order begins to process and we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance with this issue.
You can check your order status by logging into your account and checking your order status. if you did not log into an account or create one, we would be more than happy to update you. you can reach us via chat, email or by giving our customer service department a call.
Once shipped; you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.
We would be more than happy to check our inventory for that item for you; we do carry more items in our store than we have displayed on our website. if we do not have the item available, we may be able to order the item in for you directly from the manufacturer. please contact our customer service department for more information.
